Shipping & Delivery
How Ghana Market gets your groceries to you in Calgary: store pickup, local delivery and, where offered, Canada Post shipping.
Store pickup
Pickup is free. We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number. Fresh, chilled and frozen items should be collected the same day they are ready; if you cannot collect, contact us so we can store or reschedule items where possible.
Local delivery in Calgary
Local delivery is offered in selected Calgary areas when it is available. The delivery fee and estimated timing are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on your address and courier availability. Someone should be available to receive perishable items.
Canada Post shipping
When postal shipping is active, it is offered only for shelf-stable products approved for shipping. Rates are calculated from parcel weight, size and destination and shown before payment. Perishable groceries are never shipped by post.
Delivery issues
If an order is late, incomplete or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will work with you on a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.
Tracking
Your order status (received, confirmed, processing, being packed, ready for pickup or delivery, shipped/out for delivery, delivered or collected) is shown in your account. Courier tracking links are provided only when the courier supplies them.
