The terms that apply when you use the Ghana Market website and place an order.
Products and pricing
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST and any delivery fee are shown at checkout before you confirm. We make every effort to keep product information accurate; packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
Availability
Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to offer a substitute or remove it and refund that item.
Payment
Card orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Interac e-Transfer orders are prepared after the store confirms receipt of payment. Unpaid e-Transfer orders may be cancelled after a reasonable time.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Food information
Always read product labels for allergens and preparation instructions. Contact us if you have questions about a product.
Consumer rights
These terms do not limit any rights you have under Alberta or Canadian law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta.
